Methods of payment include invoices/payments via PayPal or donations via Ko-Fi.All of my commissions are priced in USD ($). Please do not be worried when GBT (£) appears on PayPal, as you can switch your currency to USD ($) and I will receive that.Payment is not required until I have finished the sketching stage and you have approved it, however, I may request payment before the sketch in certain situations.
⸻ terms of use
I will always post your commission on art-sites that I am active on under the username Xurorilyn, please specify to me if you would like to be kept anonymous. Frequently I will add filters or backgrounds to a piece to fit a page theme, please feel free to use these versions as well. You may use/post my artwork, as long as you don't claim it as your artwork or pretend to be me.
⸻ cancellations & refunds
You are eligible for a full refund (minus PayPal fees) if I have only sketched out your commission and not started the line-art process. You will not have permission to use this sketch publicly or privately unless stated otherwise, and will result in a blacklist/customer beware if you do. Any refunds past the sketching stage will be refunded an appropriate amount depending on how much work I have done on the piece. I will not refund you if the piece is close to completion.
⸻ my rights
I hold the right to deny any commission request or terminate a commission at any time with an appropriate amount refunded. Reasons for termination include:
1. Abuse/Harassment/Attitude
2. Attempting to Role-play (RP) with me
3. Fraud/Chargebacks
4. Have multiple customer bewares against you that are unresolved at the time of termination.
5. Commissioning art of a character that is stolen/you do not have permission to use.
⸻ edits
Please do not edit my artwork without permission. I am more than happy to do it for you if you commissioned me less than 6 months ago, up to 3 times before an extra fee is charged. I will always do minor edits for free, and large edits can be paid for with money/art. You will not be penalised for minor edits as long as you add a credit note to what you have edited yourself.
